Senior Client Partner

The role
We are looking for a Senior Client Partner to help build on our early traction and deliver growth in client acquisitions, expansion of existing client relationships and most important of all, guide our clients, from concept to finish, in the delivery of Identity Management initiatives with the competent support of our programme advisory practitioners.
We are less than a year old and at this early stage of our journey, seek individuals who are hands-on, have the passion to work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment and are not fussed about wearing multiple hats. You could be negotiating contracts with our clients one day and in the same breath advising clients on the structure of their programmes and delivery approaches. As a result, we are looking for practitioners with a verve for sales, marketing and account management.
To be successful in this role, you would typically have a mix of the following experiences and skills:
- You will have delivered Identity Management (Directory Transformation, Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management) programmes of scale and complexity
- You will have managed top-line consulting revenues circa £ 2million plus per annum for an established or boutique consultancy in the Identity Management specifically or other Cyber Security sub-domains.
- As a practitioner, you use every opportunity to expand your network through active participation in conferences, events staged by the company and other online forums.
- You will be an inspiring team player, who actively listens to clients and colleagues and establishes an environment of trust, high-performance and empathy.
- As a practitioner, you have published your points of view, articles in professional publications and delivered on panelsand speaking events
- T-shaped, with domain level depth while also demonstrating the business context and stakeholder expectations behind the delivery of complex Identity management programmes.
- Professional services background with an established Software vendor within the Identity Management domain.
- Good understanding of delivery models, experience with multi-location delivery teams, delivery methodologies including Scaled Agile, Test-Driven Development
We are looking for an all-rounder for this role, but we do not expect you to tick every box listed in the specification. The litmus test is for you to show us that you can successfully front this boutique into its next stage of growth and thereby take the natural next step in your career as well.
